NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

At Social Cycle Spin Club, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. One of our top priorities as your Fitness Coaches is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your health and fitness.  To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are being upfront and want you to understand our class reservation and cancellation policies as our spots are very valuable to our members and guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Now you made a reservation for a class but something comes up and you can't make it. What should you do?

We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Social Cycle Spin Club App. Click on the HOME option to view and cancel the session you are booked for. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class.

We will no longer be accepting cancellations via Social Media & Email.

Members/ Guests who have not checked in at last 5 minutes before class time may forfeit their spot to a rider on the waitlist. Members/ Guests who arrive after class has started WILL NOT be permitted entry in to the class as this is disruptive to others.

If you need assistance on understanding HOW to cancel a class, please let us help and show you. We are here to help and want you to feel as comfortable with the app and the cancellation process.

Please cancel reservations up to four hours of a class's starting time so that someone else can participate in the experience great you'll be missing. 

If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class on and Unlimited Monthly pass we will charge a $18.00 "No show/Late cancellation" fee*. Classes cancelled after this time WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. (If there should be a sudden EMERGENCY within the four hour window, please contact us directly.)

If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class with a Drop In/ Class Passes inside the 4 hour window, this will result in a forfeit of the reserved class; losing the class pass credit.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you added yourself to a waitlisted class and a spot opens up,  you will be automatically be added and sent an email! If you are on a waitlist, we ask that you treat this like a booking and be ready to attend. Please only waitlist classes that you can commit to. The waitlist can move quickly.  At this time, if you can not attend your ride at Social Cycle Spin Club, it is your responsibility to cancel yourself out of the class if it is outside of our late cancel window. If you receive the confirmation email within the 4 hour late cancellation window, it is your responsibility to call the studio (506-849-SPIN (7746)) to be removed from the class. If you refrain from removing yourself out of the 4 hour late cancel window, a late fee ($18) will be applied. 

If you are on a waitlist close to a class start time, you can take your chances and wait in person at the studio on the standby list in case of any last minute cancellations or no shows. THEY DO HAPPEN! Priority order is given to those already on the waitlist. We will do our best to fit you into the class, but there are no guarantees.

If you are on a waitlist for a 6AM class and you are unsure if you will be added to the class, we suggest planning your attendance and checking first thing in the morning. Or if you do not want to take the chance, we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid the late fee.
